Sorry, no surprise for you

Blazer and Tank: Dynamite, Jeans: American Eagle, Bag: THEIT, Sandals: Ardene, Sunnies: Ray Ban
I should be barred from buying birthday, Christmas or any gifts for people before the actual day. I can never keep it a secret. I always have to tell them because I get so excited. Even when they tell me they don't want to know I sit there and try and convince them that they want to know. My twin sister is the same way. I'm not sure who we get it from. My mom and dad are both good at keeping secrets. Anyways, B liked his gift, and his birthday is tomorrow. I tried real hard...kinda.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Over the rainbow

Button Up: Old Navy, Dress: H&M, Sandals: Ardene

I looked at the photos I took today and was instantly reminded of Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. Not when I put the outfit on, only when I saw the photos. I did have a boring white cardigan over this at first and thought BORING. I must say I am loving having bare legs. So much better than the suffocating tights we have to wear in the fall and winter months. Our pool opens this weekend so I'm hoping to get these lights sabres some sunshine =)

Granville Island

Top: Old Navy, Skirt: American Apparel, Wedges: MRKT (similar), Sunnies: Ray Ban
What a glorious weekend we had here in Vancouver! The warmest weekend so far! I got to enjoy it for half a day on Sunday. We took B's mom to Granville Island for lunch at Bridges. If you're ever in Vancouver, they have the best patio on the island - in my opinion anyways. I've included a couple photos that I was able to take in the short amount of time we were there.
Happy Monday!

I'm sure

Cardi: Old Navy, Tank and Skirt: F21, Shoes: Urban Outfitters
Have I told you lately how much I love this skirt? It's so danity and I love when the wind hits it, it swooshes to the side.
Now the wind. The wind we've been having today is, I'm sure, blowing all the beautiful cherry blossoms off the tress and I'm sure they're are all piled in a corner on the ground. Sadness right there. Why can't they stay around all summer? I should google that. They are my most favorite of all the trees on the land =)

Mr. Golden Sun

Top: Old Navy, Skirt: Aritzia, Shoes: Ardene, Sunnies: Ray Ban
Spring is here! B and I had a lovely day at my BFF's yesterday, sitting in her back yard, drinking wine and playing with her two adorable little girls and we actually got a little burned from the sunshine! The next two weeks the weather forecast says sun, sun and more sun! We'll see about that as Vancouver weather is so unpredictable. While it's here, I'll be sure to enjoy it!
Happy Monday!

This City

Cardigan: Target, Dress: F21, Shoes: Ardene
This city is pretty amazing (besides the non stop rain we've been having the last couple days). The views are amazing. The skyline photos were taken from the deck of B's parents new place. I can just picture myself pulling up a comfy cushioned chair, coffee in hand, staring at this view for ever. Isn't is amazing?
Happy Thursday!

Marjoram?

Cardigan: Walmart, Dress: F21, Boots: Hunter
Hi everyone! Thanks so much for all your wonderful comments on my last coupla posts =)
I've been quite busy lately trying to fight off a cold and get things moved around prepared for moving at the end of the month. Last night while doing the dishes, I took this spice rack that I've had since my sissy and I first moved out together - 10 years I think - and chucked it in the garbage. It was quite sad actually. I remember my grandma bought that for us. I just had to do it though, I don't think I'll ever use mustard seed or marjoram spice, like ever. What the heck is marjoram anyways? While I like to hold onto things, a spice rack doesn't need to be one of them.
Cheers to not hoarding!
