Doctor says!

Finally went to the doctors. I haven't been feeling well after eating for the past several months. She said it may be an allergy to gluten or lactose intolerance. I have to slowly cut one thing out at a time to figure out what it is. I have a feeling it's gluten. Gluten my friends is in everything!  O-M-G. I thought it was just in breads and beer. Nope. I was in for shock when I read the list.  It's in soya sauce!  I go in for my 2 hour long test for lactose intolerance next Friday. I'm so lucky. *insert sarcasm*

It's been a little while! I needed a week off to be honest. Blogging is a lot of work!

Anywho, I wish I had taken a close up of one of the bracelets I am wearing. More commonly known as a Pandora bracelet or charm bracelet. I got it as a gift from my dad and his girlfriend. I'm in love with it. I love the fact that you can keep adding to it with neat little charms and others can "help" you add to it as well. Besides my engagement ring, it's probably going to become one of the most meaningful pieces I have.

Where to begin

 Cakes and I have set a date for our wedding! August 25, 2012. I can't stop thinking about it. So many choices and idea's and decisions running through my head and it's over a year away! Where does one begin!? I'm sure glad I have this Wedding Planner book that my bestie gave me. Haha my take at expert photography.

We're having a destination wedding in Maui. That is our plan. This will be hard for me as it means I will have to give up a lot of control to a wedding planner. I am the kind of person that needs to know everything that is going on. Especially for our wedding.

Summer is Canceled

 My brother said  today that summer is canceled and this is so very true. I'm really starting to get upset with our Vancouver weather. I had to wear tights today. Sad face because this is fall, winter and spring attire. Not summer. Although it is a perfect temperature, it's not sunny and it's not really "let's suntan, go-for-a-dip-in-the-pool-that's-right-outside-my-door" kind of weather. And each day that it is sunny, which isn't often, I'm busy.

Weather network says RAIN until Saturday. 

Awesome.

It's alll over....

My sissy's wedding! That was a whirlwind adventure. I feel like my life was a tornado for the past month.

She looked stunning and I am so happy for the both of them. Here are a few pictures from the wedding. Oh, I didn't have my camera during the ceremony )= Boo.

We've lived in our apartment for about a year and a half now and I've never gone out and walked the grounds. We did this evening. We have a bridge, actually we have several little bridges. And 3 outdoor pools. And rolling hills. And walk-ways that go around forever. Wowzers. The grounds here are AH-MAZING!

Burn baby burn

Helllloooo there! I'm alive - barely. Sister had her Bachelorette party in Kelowna over this past long weekend. It waaaas a party that's for sure. I learned that I am getting old. Yes, I am old at 28. Jeepers. But, I am ok with it.

I was a genius and took the day off of work yesterday to "recover". I slept all day and nursed my burned scalp and face.Now it's peeling and looks HOT.
