I was thinking on my way to work this morning that I really should have rubbed my tights with a bounce sheet. But I didn't and static is exactly what I got. Gosh darnit!

Friday night lights-out

This past Friday, I stayed home and did absolutely nothing (besides signing new mortgage papers). I usually get really antsy on Friday's and want to go out and do something ie: indulge in a few after work beverages. I decided to stay home with my love and watch movie. Yes, movie in the singular form. I think I fell asleep at 10 pm. I woke up Saturday morning at 8 am refreshed and really happy that I stayed home. I looked to B and said wow I really had a great quiet evening with you!

I can do it! I can stay home on Friday nights and I know it will be just as terrific as if I went out!

Another beautiful day in Vancouver! I'm spending about 1 hour on this fine evening signing mortgage documents...again. I canNOT wait until we move in and everything is settled. Sheesh. I hate instability.

Spring is here and the coats come off

Here my friends, is the first day I have not worn a coat to work. This is what I walked to work in. And let me tell you, it was fabulous. Vancouver's weather today was simply stunning. I should really pack up my sandals and dresses and move to LA. I'm such a sunny day kind of person. Enough of this cold damp weather Canada. No one likes you.

I took a few days off from posting. I had a I have absolutely nothing to wear standing in front of my closet moment on Friday. Those are the worst getting dressed moments. That and having everything picked out in your head of what you are going to wear and not being able to find your top or skirt anywhere. So annoying.

I'm over it

I'm so ready for some continual sunshine. This rain, wind and cold weather is really cramping my style. There is only one reason why I can handle this terrible weather right now, it means I don't have to shop for spring/summer clothes yet.  Even though I am dying to go shopping right now, the pocket book says no-no you don't.
