I went to check out the new Forever 21 on Robson Street the other day. Wow. It's the best Forever 21 I've ever been in. Stunning to say the least. I never thought I would be able to say that about a store. So clean and organized and NOT BUSY.
Anyways, as I was on my way to the checkout I saw this skirt and had to have it. I feel like a ballerina with her tutu. I wanted to winterize it a bit so I wore it with all black.
